The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) works with the Clark community to ensure that our campus is welcoming to all and that everyone is respected and valued.

We take a broad view of the talents, perspectives, and contributions of all community members, and we recognize the richness of humanity reflected in our students, faculty, and staff.

We engage in civil, constructive discourse to create a climate of acceptance, one where we understand that our differences, in concert with our commonalities, are the cornerstone for a strong and inclusive university.

Vision: To continuously transform Clark to become a more diverse, inclusive, equity-centered community of care in which every individual is valued and experiences a strong sense of belonging. Be a global model of DEI excellence as a liberal arts college and research university.
